Trinidad Scorpion peppers are some of the hottest in the world – clocking in anywhere between 300,000 to 1.2 million Scoville Heat Units – and are beloved for their floral flavor and lingering sting.
We put together three medium-hot hot sauces that let this incredible chili sing, while layering in other flavors. Fan favorite Heartbeat Hot Sauce combines Scorpion peppers with beets and adobo for their sauce featured on Hot Ones Season 13.
