About the Sauce: Green Monster is a roasted tomatillo base blended with serrano peppers, playing off that fresh, green flavor, with a good amount of warmth to remind you that you are, in fact, eating a hot sauce. The other fresh ingredients and a touch of cilantro combine to offer those who prefer a verde sauce but still want to experience some excitement.
