About the Hot Maple Syrup:Â The pure organic Vermont maple syrup in this product was harvested by Jen and Nick Merritt of Stony Hill Maple in Fletcher, Vermont. This hot maple syrup is combined with organic chipotle peppers and aged in a charred American Oak Whiskey Barrel from Lake George Distillery in Ft. Ann, New York. It’s a dark maple syrup with an unmistakable rich n’ smoky bourbon flavor to it.Â
Uses:Â You obviously have to give hot french toast or pancakes with this habanero infused maple syrup, but it’s also great on chicken wings, pull pork, roasted root veggies and salmon.Â
