About the Sauce: This flavorful fermented hot sauce is made entirely from produce grown at Clark Farm. A three-month fermentation transforms a blend of organic peppers, green tomatoes, root vegetables, black garlic, and our own apple cider vinegar, into a tangy, spicy sauce with subtle sweetness.
Clark Farm encouraged Craic Sauce to make our first single-source hot sauce and their partnership and fine produce continue to inspire us to achieve new, bold flavors.
Uses:Â Â Add a teaspoon of this sauce to savory meals to bring a balanced and complex flavor. Great on sandwiches, salads or nachos.
