Single Source Farm Harvest Box (3 sauces)

Try all three new single source harvest hot sauces from Clark Farm (Carlisle, MA), Farmer Dave’s (Dracut, MA) and Hutchins Farm (Concord, MA). All sauces are made entirely from produce from this farm and feature vinegar made from pressed fruits from that farm. 

The box consists of three hot sauces:

Hutchins Farm Harvest – This fermented hot sauce is made entirely from produce grown at Hutchins Farm. Loaded with seven varieties of hot peppers, fresh squash, radish and a touch of our own apple cider vinegar. Floral and bold from chilis, soothing and sweet from squash, and tangy and robust from a medley of root vegetables

Clark Farm Harvest – This flavorful fermented hot sauce is made entirely from produce grown at Clark Farm. A three-month fermentation transforms a blend of organic peppers, green tomatoes, root vegetables, black garlic, and our own apple cider vinegar, into a tangy, spicy sauce with subtle sweetness.

Farmer Dave’s Harvest – This fermented hot sauce is made entirely from produce grown at Farmer Dave’s and features our own husk cherry apple cider vinegar. Fermentation transforms a blend of hot peppers, fruits and vegetables into a tangy and versatile sauce. 

Heat – Mild to medium with the Clark Farm Harvest and Farmer Dave’s Harvest, medium to hot with the Hutchins Farm Harvest sauce.
