Dave’s Crazy Caribbean Hot Sauce
Adding carrots to hot sauce is common in the Caribbean, especially with Habanero sauces since the sweetness of the carrot complements the fruitiness of the Habanero so well.
Ingredients: Red Habanero peppers, tabasco peppers, carrots, water, cane vinegar, salt, agrlic, lime juice, acetic acid and citric acids (acidity regulators), onions, ascorbic acid (antioxidant), xanthan gum (thickener).
