Cantina Royal Chechare Hot Sauce
No hot sauce collection is complete without a good Verde and this little number fits the bill very nicely. Aged vinegar adds an extra layer of sourness without piling on the acidity of too much vinegar and complements the savoury spices to a T. You will get a lot of mileage out of this one as it pairs with most cuisines including Mexican, Mediterranean, South American and Middle Eastern. Fresh, uncomplicated and crisp.
Ingredients: Distilled white vinegar reduced to 4% acidity, chili peppers, garlic, spices, celery, onion. 148 ml
