Our favorite pepper farmer Smokin’ Ed Currie bottled summer in a hot sauce. Featuring tart apricot mixed with a just over-medium-hot chili pepper blend, it also features lavender concentrate, lemon peel and the tiniest hint of vanilla for a flavor combination that is both sour, sweet and floral. There’s no other way to put it, this sauce brings to mind sunshine and wildflowers!
