About the Sauce: #67, is a verde sauce that has some staples like Jalapeño and tomatillo, but takes a unique approach to adding a more complex yet subtle flavor by adding mint and basil.
Uses:Â This sauce great to cook with to add more flavor when cooking poultry or roasting vegetables, but if you’re a meat eater you should really try it on lamb because the mint/basil flavor is a perfect match.
