About the Sauce: A classic fire-roasted hot sauce that ranks high among my favorites. This sauce was originally made as a finishing sauce for sushi at his parent’s seafood restaurant. This fire-roasted hot sauce brings so much smoky habanero heat and flavor that is a great addition to almost anything.
Uses: This sauce was Char Man Brand’s first hot sauce and was originally made for adding to sushi. Some fans drink it straight from the bottle, but we also recommend pizza, eggs and sandwiches!Â

Ingredients:Â Distilled Vinegar, Hot Peppers or Chiles, Cane Sugar, Lemon Juice, Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Salt, Pepper, Xanthan Gum and Spices.
