About the Sauce:Â Dive into a world of seaweed intrigue with Kelpie, our unique hot sauce inspired by the mythical shape-shifting sea monster. Craic Sauce has teamed up with Chatham Kelp to incorporate their Cape Cod kelp into this newest limited edition.
The result is a hot sauce that is pickley, oceany, and unlike anything else we’ve made before. We’ve also added North of Boston Farm fennel, alliums, herbs, Farmer Dave’s peppers, and our own hand-pressed apple cider vinegar, ensuring that all ingredients are sourced from Massachusetts farms and oceans.
Uses: Kelpie is designed to pair beautifully with seafood. Try it with shrimp or oysters, add it to a salad, or mix it with tartar sauce for an extra kick.

Ingredients: Peppers (fermented cherry bomb, serrano, and habanero), water, apple cider vinegar, onion, lemon juice, carrots, celery, leeks, scallions, fennel, Chatham kelp, sage, basil, sea salt.
