Starting at 4/10 in heat, Los Calientes is not your average verde thanks to tangy tomatillos, smoky cumin, sparky habanero and a kiss of sweetness from apricots. Los Calientes Rojo is a sweeter, hotter version with applewood smoked red jalapeños, an extra handful of habaneros and a splash of citrus. Originally intended to be a limited edition, we had to make it part of the lineup for its crowd-pleasing flavor and 5/10 heat. Last but certainly not least, The Last Dab XXX needs no introduction.
