About the Sauce: Project X – Special Edition is a blend of hot banana, Thai chili, habanero, and Carolina reaper peppers. This one has a higher heat than just the Thai chili, with levels of flavor and heat for all to enjoy. The habanero really comes through with some sweet on the front and heat and tingle on the first bite.Â

Uses:Â Great to use on meals that you want to spice up and get that Carolina Reaper flavor. Soups and stews are great for this hot sauce as well as sandwiches and eggs.
