Humboldt Hotsauce – Emerald Sauce
About the Sauce:Â Coming from the deeply forests region of Humboldt County in Northern California, this verde hot sauce emerges and stands out as a classic flavorful sauce. It’s a mild sauce with roasted bell peppers, onions and habanero peppers.
Uses: This verde sauce is quite versatile. It’s my favorite as a finishing sauce that I can use on eggs and especially Italian food, but you can really put this sauce on anything!
Heat: Mild
Ingredients: Onions, Roasted Bell Peppers, Apple Cider Vinegar, Lime Juice Concentrate, Cilantro, Fresh Ginger, Spices, Garlic, Habanero Peppers, Sea Salt.
