About the Sauce: This is a seasonal sauce because farm fresh locally grown organic strawberries from J.R. Organics in Escondido, CA don’t grow year ’round. The strawberries drop the flavor bomb of sweetness followed quickly by a good dose of heat from the ghost chili. This sauce dangles the promise of pleasure and pain all in one bite.Â
Uses: A great blend to highlight the pureness of summer’s harvest, pairing it with an ominous dose of heat. A unique sauce to be sure, goes wonderfully with poultry, fish, tacos, and even ice cream.
