La Pimenterie Gochuracha Hot Sauce
Making the perfect all-purpose hot sauce is not as easy as it sounds – it needs to have decent heat, good acidity, well developed flavour that’s not too overpowering or complex. Add to these attributes good texture, amazing colour and enticing aroma and you get La Pimenterie’s Gochuracha. We don’t recommend eating cardboard but if you had to, this would be the hot sauce to make it taste amazing1
Ingredients: Selected hot peppers, red bell peppers, sugar, water, vinegar, salt, dried Fresno peppers, dried Gochugaru peppers, garlic powder, rice flour, fermented soy flour, xanthan gum. 240 ml
