You can hear the whole story told by Mikey on the Craft Hot Sauce Podcast, but the sauce combines the flavors of Japanese Black Vinegar and Yuzu Vinegar with roasted tomatillos, jalapenos, and the notorious 7-Pot Primo Pepper. This sauce is loaded with FLAVOR and HEAT making it stand out among verde hot sauces.
