About the Sauce: Inspired by a Cambodian paste, this sauce adopts some Southeast Asian flavors. The ginger, onion, and garlic flavors blend together creating a wonderful savory profile, the lemongrass brightens the sauce by giving it some “pop”, and the pineapple rounds out the entire sauce with a subtle sweet, tropical feel.
Uses: This sauce would go great on fried rice, pan fried fish, fish tacos, and pizza.
