Umami is described as the most savoury of flavours and this hot sauce adds both depth and sweetness to that description. Rich molasses, sweet caramelized onion, tart red wine vinegar and sophisticated black garlic blend beautifully in a rich, flavour forward sauce that is as exciting as it is bold.
Ingredients: Caramelized onion, blackberry juice, red wine vinegar, blueberries, molasses, Habanero, balsamic vinegar, white vinegar, black garlic, salt, sugar, olive oil. Net weight: 150 ml
